Wanted: OMC Electric Shift parts

Hello all,
My OMC Electric Shift Control knob broke off for the low idle or choke lever on the aft end of the unit.

The large shifter is good and shifts well.

Any parts would be appreciated.

Thanks, Mac

I was looking to keep this one, since it has the flag attach points that the ebay doesn't have, sorry I didn't know about the threads being different on it.

Oh well, the search goes on, time to start looking in the local Bay Area marina's & boat shops.

Oh Bother.....I'm glad I've been corrected.

So what do I do, can I still get a globe for the one I have now?

Any known resources I can get from the membership?

Mac :(

Wanted Stern Light Plastic Globe

I have an original stern light chrome pole with flag attachments with a missing plastic globe. It is a threaded top. Plus I think I need the base too. I replaced the one on my XL-175 SunLounger years ago, with a extended aftermarket version. Anyone have a good source of either a new or used globe, i...

I recently got a Hercules engine and need help.

I purchased a WWII US Army Signal Corps Generator about 3 weeks ago off of Craigslist in Morgan Hill, CA It has the Hercules "L" FlatHead 4 Cylinder ZXB model engine and figured that maybe some of the resources that the early Chris Craft Boats may be able to help me out to get my lil' engine running...

How is the rebuild of the Blue Bomb coming?

I worked on a new battery kill switch location out of the engine bay and mounted on the starboard rear side storage compartment with new battery cables.

I have new trailer wheel bearings and races to install today, hubs were cleaned up and repainted.

Does step wet sanding the hull help to get rid of the extensive fading on the hull? Start with a low grit and work up to finer sandpaper? Then polish and buff it out and put sealer on. Thats the idea, but asking questions is alot cheaper than starting it without the knowledge. Thanks for any help, Mac

Whats leaking?

Do you have exhaust gaskets or not?

Exhaust manifold cracked?

I replaced my port manifold 2 years ago, the old one blew out the casting out of the 5th cyl. exhaust.
