when i got the boat the trim tabs were not working and embarrassing as it is to admit, i put off checking into it for the short amount of summer i had. i'm sure it's just a fuse. no garage has me waiting a bit longer to fix the issue. the "original low hours motor" was anything but and scary welded ...

i hear ya. among a clutter of CC stuff i nabbed with the ivalight was the chrome eye ring for the top of the ski pole. (it appears to be identical to mine). if and when you mount a bracket, don't go looking to much for this piece as it's yours, for next to nothing, if you want it. the chrome rod is ...

it's been awhile but can i ask how you've solved this? my '70 does have the engine mount pole setup but basically eliminates the back seat being used. i got by last season by running the rope through the rear lifting eye but that isn't exactly designed for side force. i don't want to damage the fibe...

unfortunatley, i lost contact info of a guy selling a '69 ski boat somewhere in montana a couple years back. his had an ivalight on it but i'm not sure of the size. in a perfect world i would have found the 10" model instead of the 14" that fell into my lap. as pretty as it is, it just seems a bit l...

14" ivalight
as i love the look of the light and it's functions, i've been patiently searching. i luckily came across a 14" ivalight today in excellent condition and fully functioning.
any opinions on if this massive beauty would look like a sore thumb atop my little 17' corsair?

fuel supply/fuel vent
let me preface this with a huge thanks for the information/support this site continues to give, i only wish i could contribute in some way other than keeping a classic CC afloat and running. boat: '70 17' corsair, 327Q situation #1: the supply side of the fuel line just before the inline filter. pro...

sorry about the news but it sounds like you have the right attitude. i'm no pro, but figured i'ld chime in, having the same red nautilex issue. same boat only a '70. as i pulled out the carpet, i was pleasantly surprised that the side hulls and foot rest still had the nautilex and was in great shape...

327Q risers
as i learn, i will ask. thanks in advance to all the information i've received as a new member. i'm concerned about the corrosion on the exterior of both "risers" on my 327Q. one has an actual welded line from a presumed crack. not even being aware of the term "riser" 30 minutes ago, i understand th...
