Roamer owners/ 25' Sportsman? Need Advice
I am looking to buy and refurbish a Roamer and need to connect with someone familiar with this boat. I understand there were only a few built and need some guidelines.

Propeller shaft
Have a 57 Sportsman and have pulled the engine.
The prop shaft is hard to turn by hand. How tight should it be? It has a grease fitting and has been greased, will it being in water lubricate it more? Should I back off the packing nut?
