Jim have you not received any Brass Bell's in 2016? You should have received or about to receive Issue 2016-2.

I haven't received either 2016 issue yet, but it is normal for me to only get half of them.

I swear we need to stop marking what they are. There seem to be a lot of postmen that like Chris Crafts.

Jim: I am not shocked that you have not received issue 2016-2. Pony Express takes a long time to get from Texas to Ontario.

mfine - I am surprised you don't have either one.

I am now monitoring the [email protected] e-mail, so please feel free to keep me appraised of the situation.

So what is it with Belleville, Ontario, Canada?

Do you guys have a postmaster that loves CC's but does not want to pay the membership fee?

Are you planning to take over the operation and management of the US Post Office?

As much as we like to joke about the US (and Canadian) postal system I am finding other challenges in the system.

A good example is one member who's renewal has come in a month later for each of the following three years. March in 2014, April in 2015, and May in 2016. This means that their name keeps falling off the list of members and they may not get their Brass Bell if the mailing list is generated during that time. To help alleviate this problem I recommend that members set up an automatic renewal with Pay Pal. That is what I did years ago and it seems to work well.

Thanks for all of your understanding with this matter.

Since you joined on August 23rd you will be mailed issue #3. Give me some more details on your boat and I will see what issue it is in so we make sure we get you a copy.

Thanks for joining the club!
