Mystery Boat?

During my quest for a early fiberglass runabout project, I've stumbled upon a most unusual craft on Craig's List Ma. The ad says its a 60s or 70s Chris Craft 21 foot kit boat cruiser. I've reviewed the Essential Guide, and haven't come across anything like it. Kind of a nice looking little boat in a funky sort of way. Is it a Chris Craft? Check it out and see what you think.
