How to refuel system after running out of fuel

I ran my 1952 Chris Craft Riviera with the KBL 131 HP engine out of fuel two nights ago. Before I realized that was the problem I took off the fuel bowl to check the screen and make sure it was clean. I have now filled the 15 gallon fuel tank. How do I get fuel back into the system so I can safely start the boat? Not too bright in Alaska even though the sun is shining nearly 24 hours a day!

I suppose this motor do not have a fuel pump? If a full tank will not provide flow enough, maybe it is possible to temporary get a outboard priming bulb into the fuel line?

Tape over the fuel tank vent, and then use a LOW PRESSURE blower (small shop vac on blow?) to put a little pressure in the fuel tank and help the system prime.

Thanks for all the responses. Got the engine started. Blew air into the tank after taping off vent opening. Used our Coleman blower that we have to blow up inflatables. Finished with the primer lever. Appreciate all the responses. Alaska Chris Craft
