Some pix of my 73? XK18 I refurbished last year. I used the prototype picture as a guide. Wanted to keep everything sleek with pull-up cleats, Quik-latch hatch pins, and motorizied flush mounted stern light. The hatch hinges are from an Alfa Romeo. This boat was heavily modified before I bought it so i had to work with what i had and try to keep with the elegance of this hull. Definitely the coolest boat I have ever owned!

Looks GOOD James! It's always nice to see someone else out there fixing up an XK. I did my XK22 back around 1998, I didn't take it to the level of yours, but it's pretty nice and a fun boat too
