Lost my head...

Post by Beanstalk » Mon Jan 25, 2016 8:37 am

Checking on Contrarian in her slip during this cold spell, I discovered a catastrophic crack in my Groco porcelain toilet bowl. While I drained the pump chambers in the Fall, I apparently failed to pump all of the water out of the bowl passages  .

So... if one of you has an extra bowl lying around - or if you know someone who holds onto such treasures - I'd appreciate hearing from you!

The fixture is original to the boat - 1958 vintage. And while not critical to the boat's operation, it is a popular feature, especially with the ladies.

John, I tried sending you a PM - it remains in my outbox? Not sure how that works, but I suspect you did not receive it. I am interested in your Groco, if you can get to it. Thanks/john
