2014 25th Annual Pacific NW Chris Craft Rendezvous

Post by High Seas » Thu Mar 13, 2014 11:53 pm

Welcome!

We are the largest gathering of Chris Craft boats in the world, we anticipate over 130 boats this year for our 25th anniversary! With over 45 signed up so far, we anticipate to meet our goal this year.

The Rendezvous is held annually on the second weekend in July at the Port Orchard Marina in Port Orchard, Washington. Our next Rendezvous will be held July 10th-13th, 2014. Up to 100 boats typically attend and we are the largest gathering of Chris Craft boats in the world. This year is our 25th anniversary, we hope to have a lot of great boats show up!
The purpose of the Rendezvous is to provide an opportunity for Chris Craft owners and their families to share the pride and enjoyment of the boats they love. All sizes from runabouts to cruisers: wood, fiberglass, aluminum and steel. Chris Craft built them all from 10' Tenders to 74' Motor Yachts and every boat is welcome regardless of size, age, model, construction material or current condition. If it runs bring it, and if it doesn't, tow it!
The focus of the Rendezvous is on fun, camaraderie and, of course, our Chris Crafts. We have seminars, swap meet, raffle prizes all weekend and awards. Is there any other event that you could meet people that have an extensive knowledge of restoration or upkeep of their boats than here? Not likely, the Pacific Northwest has the largest fleet of cruisers left in the world, cold water and boathouses preserve our crafts like no other. Check out our website: chriscraftrendezvous.com and sign up for the biggest Chris Craft party in the world!

To all,

We are having a CCR meeting this Saturday and if you are interested in volunteering for the event please join us in Seattle! We will be posting a new event registration form next week for 2014 and please go to ChrisCraftRendezvous.com for more info, pics of past events and FAQ's. We hope to have Matt and Texx from Woody Boater there along with Herb Pocklington and "Special Guest" (last name Smith) if you can figure that one out...... for our 25th anniversary!

Are you ready to attend the biggest annual Chris Craft event in the world? Last year we had over 3,385 feet of boats attend the event. Every year it gets bigger and better only because anybody that attends tells their friends, and it is a must go for any Chris Craft enthusiast or owner looking for ideas and knowledge from this extensive Northwest cruising community. Our website for the event: ChrisCraftRendezvous.com

Now your just being a JERK!

But keep it up! I LOVE it.

Is that anchor original or a modification? I like the idea.

As to the pics........ Welcome! And more to come, I haven't gotten to the good stuff yet........ Anchor is factory, in those years, until 1961, then they changed to the bow roller when the clipper bow was started.

We are looking for volunteers with runabouts willing to give rides to the public on Saturday at CCR. We will pay for expenses if needed to lure some people out on the water for a boat ride. Please let us know if your boat can be in the water in Port Orchard! Also looking for the owner of this boat if anyone knows it.......... It was for sale last year but need contact info.
