West coast use Eaton Saw
Central use LL Johnson
East use ML Condon

My experience is with ML Condon and they have a great facility.

I'd post a pic but we can't do that yet!

I think Don means Edensaw for the west coast.

Thanks Brian for getting me straight on that. I have not worked with them but have heard good reports.

Does anyone have any suggestions for a regional supplier in the south? I am in Austin, TX, and plan to purchase Honduran within the next couple of months.

Thanks for all the input. Surprisingly I found the least expensive source near home in Oklahoma City at Paxton Lumber. 5/4 Honduran for $4.19 / bf. :

Al;

I guess it all depends on the amount you want to buy. I think we paid somewhere around 3.25 bf from ML Condon. We had to pay shipping but we were buying thousands of feet.

Did they say you could hand pick? If so I'll run down there to pick up some. Also what was W & L of the material?

Don. I just asked about 5/4 by 6+ W I'll be going by there on Monday and get more info. Lowest price at Condon was about a dollar more /bf..
