Chris-Craft in Australia

Post by Al Benton » Mon Aug 08, 2011 3:19 pm

Chris-Craft and Hagerty have stepped up and have become proud Sponsors of the Chris-Craft Antique Boat Club. Thanks to both.

I recently saw a news video from the Annual Boat Show in Australia that featured Steve Heese, owner of Chris-Craft. He offered a wonderful testimony about the Chris-Craft Antique Boat Club in his interview with the media. He's very proud of his relationship with this Club as a Sponsor. He may have exaggerated the numbers a bit but I believe it shows his pride in being associated with us. He said that Chris-Craft is a symbol of timeless elegance and quality, that their mission is to fulfill the promise of that brand. All things that relate to what we do as a Marque Club.

Bill, I found the story, here's the link. As I mentioned, he may have exaggerated some numbers but it definitely shows his pride. He speaks highly of his association with the CCABC.

Especially the new Silver Bullet. What a great looking "go-fast" boat. Would love to take a ride in one of them.

I went to the Sydney Boat Show in 2005, and was surprised to see Chris Craft in attendance, and even more surprised at the prices.
