I'm doing several repairs to a new Connie I bought. The first is the fiberglass coach roof separated at the seam while being next to a boat on fire. I'm thinking of filling the gab with 5200 and then jacking a board up against the bottom. I'm thinking about drilling and bolting it in several places and then fill the holes after removal of the bolts.
Secondly, I want to take down the headliner to rebel the rails. Has anyone came up with alternative headliner materials or finishing out the wood? Has anyone rest applied headliner material?
Lastly -for now- I have a teak decal from midship throughout the cockpit area. I'm thinking about doing something different with the bow deck. Any ideas?

DO NOT USE 5200 ON A WOOD BOAT! IT WILL DESTROY THE HULL..... As the planks expand it will either split or pop out, 5200 is not flexible enough, use Dolphinite just like the factory did.
