Any recommendations on having a set of vintage gauges
refurbished? Any advise will be greatly appreciated.

Plan ahead. Most gauge restorers have a several month backlog.

There is a place here in MI that does a good job reasonably, if there is such a thing. Bob Speedometer, Farmington Hill, MI I believe.
