283 generator belts

Post by homeiste » Fri May 10, 2013 5:42 am

I have a 1960 Continental with the 283 FWF setup with a generator and water pump driven off the aft end of the generator. This is my first change of belts that drive the generator/water pump. It currently has L330 DAYCO GPL belts on it. A search shows these as heavy duty belts but used primarily on lawn mowers so I'm wondering how correct they are. Any thoughts or suggestions for correct belt brand/part numbers/dimensions? Thanks

Those belts were sold in matched pairs.
