Oil Pressure Sender For My Gauge On My '61

Post by Stovebolt » Thu Aug 25, 2016 11:29 pm

Hey folks, so I'm having an issue finding an oil sender for my 61' Ski Boat. It has a 283 in it and the gauge is 0-60psi. It is one of the bell shaped sender in it, but it's wrong. It's an 80psi.

Question; what does everyone use for that gauge so it actually works properly?

I'm sure the right one is being used by someone!

Thanks in advance for reading and any suggestions!

My 62 had the oil tube to the gauge. If you have an electric sender, I wonder if it is non-original and perhaps a custom modification.

Call or email Mark Clawson at Clawson Classic Instruments. He has the right senders.
