Can any one tell me what I should expect for GPH for a 1961 skiff with a 305?

Every boat is different even if their the same. Fill your tank, go for an hour long cruise at your preferred cruising RPM, fill the tank again and see how much she burned per hour. What ya get is what ya get. I burn ten to twelve an hour depending on sea conditions in my 36 with twin 350's at 2800 RPM's. Happy Boating!

I should of mentioned that she is 23'. and I did to what you said last week only once so not much of a test and got about 6 gph.

That sounds about right. My 22 Cutlass with the 327F burns about the same.
