Has any one ever herd of a 1950s roamer with hemis engines from the the factory??? I came across a parts roamer that the owner stated was one of three ever made with factory hemis. Does any one have experience with chrysler hemis in a boat. I am repowering my roamer( hard to get) WE got her for free some one took out the the original 427s and sold them . The price for complete running engs. is $700.00 cash trannys and all exhaust parts in included . Is this a good deal?? Opinions comments facts apreiciated!!!!

Does any one know if the engine size is in the serial number ?? I hear that there is a few size ie 331 354 392 cid . I do know that they are not 426s.
