locate a new temperature sensor for KBL

Post by johnbbush » Tue Nov 03, 2015 7:38 pm

I need a new temperature sensor for my 1956 Capri KBL engine. Mine is electric. I need the part that screws in to the engine head. Where can I find one?

Does the tachometer have an hour meter in it? If it does there should be a small numbet on the wrench hex surface. What is it? If not most temp gauges have a tube that runs from the gauge to the engine. Has to be professionally installed and calibrated. Like the photo.
