I am rebuilding the throttle on the steering column and have the proper steering column and am building the rest on a model 300 16 foot 1932 runabout.
How does the throttle connect to the tube that goes through the length of the steering column and what does this piece look like?

I cannot figure out how to lift a photo from one post to another so..In the search box above type throttle assembly. Then scroll down to a post from knotty48 on Dec 29 2014. He shows a photo of the disassembled horn and steering assembly. Not shown is the actual throttle handle. It compresses all the other parts and is held down with the large snap ring shown on the right side.
