Stanchion Hardware
Hey, gang, we're in the process of revarnishing the toerail. We have the stanchions and handrails off. The stanchion hardware — where it meets the underside of the handrail and where it meets the toerail — needs some work. I'm assuming it was originally chrome, but it now has hairline cracks and oxidation. Any chance of getting new hardware from somewhere, or would that be way too optimistic? Short of buying new hardware, any suggestions on restoring the old?
Re: Stanchion Hardware
Post photos of the parts in question.

You and he will become best friends! He will always ask for pictures, so you might as well get them first. If he doesn't have it, you probably don't really need it.
