This is the windshield on my 58 Slickcraft. I am assuming it's a Taylor Made since that is what Chris Craft was using at the time and the founder of Slickcraft worked previously for CC.
Not that it matters much, but what what is the purpose of the two holes, one on each corner of the windshield? I have seen these holes on other Taylor Made windshields of this era and I am just curious.
If I had to guess, I would think maybe they are mounting holes for a different bracket configuration???

There was also a taylor made emblem that went there that looks a little bit like a lighting bolt and is just metal color.
