I'm pretty sure Troy is in Texas this week working on it.

Hi Mike:

We have a whole list for our IT team who is working on Boat Buzz, Trading Dock, and our main site.

The bullets comment is new to me so I would like some more clarification on that and what you are looking for. Please send me an explanation to [email protected]. I can also help you change your password if you are having trouble.

We have been making progress. Our first thing was to fix the feed to WoodyBoater since we were messing up Matt's site. Now that that is complete we can move on to the other items on the list.

He is referring to the visual indicator that we used to get telling us that there was a new post that had not been read yet. Gone.

Now the only way to tell is to scroll through all the topics on the right and check the date / time for new posts. Total PIA on a small mobile device screen for those of us with old eyes. I have to keep zooming in so I can read the status information.

Alas no one will see this as there is not way to click on page 2 and get here unless they are smart enough to find the hard to read latest post text.

I go to the board index, at the top you can click on "read new posts" at the top of the page.

yes, Captn Nemo is right...but doing all that is time consuming and as far as I am concern just shows off how much the posting have fallen off over recent months. I miss the old pace and players on that site.

Yeah, John, I miss all that too. Since the server change nothing is the same. At this point I can only access the Buzz. I don't have access to my account or anything else, due to the changes. Troy has been helpful w/ sorting things out and eventually we'll fix it. It's sad to see but right now It kinda looks like The Buzz is dying on the vine. :( Thanks to Fakebook.

Well,
What I see from these old eyes, is that so much 'programming' has been done to make it easy for new, young, kids, to see on their 'smart-phones'; This 'old-fart' just can't keep up with that use on my Desktop or even Laptop?
I can't use a 'smart-phone', I live immediately South of a 50-ft Dune and my shop is metal walls and roof.

Perhaps the signal can be "dumbed-down" for those of us who still pay attention (and Dues)?

Thanks for all your input! :D

We would have missed noticing some of these features if it were not for our regular contributors letting us know they were missing.

HAPPY BOATING!

The hullside shot blows up and rotates 90 when clicked on. The three boats do nothing.

Interesting! If you right click on the three boats it will allow you to "open in a new tab".

If I right click on the three boats I get no response. Left click also does nothing. On the side hull shot I get the same rotation as Jim.

When you right click on the pic you should have a box come up that looks like this. The first option should be "Open image in new tab."

I'm getting the same results as Jim, first pic on it's side and nothing on the second. Right clicking with an iMac isn't an option.

This is what I get. When I click on "View image" only the image is on the screen, same size and not enlargeable

Very interesting. I can click on Jim Staib's screen shot and it enlarges but when I click on the original 3 boat picture I get nothing.

I think this is mostly because the image I put up was so small. It's only 300 X 140.

I don't know what our size limit is, but I would try downsizing the photo and see if it loads that way.
