Engine Mounts Ski Utility (another attempt)
Having been 5 years since the tired 327 was removed, I am uncertain about the configuration of the motor mounts installation for our new small block 350. Attached are photos of my temporary best guess based on the holes and impressions made by the mounts previously. Any insights are certain to be helpful. Thanks!
Re: Engine Mounts Ski Utility (another attempt)
The motor mounts don't get their final position until the engine is in the boat and you check the alignment between the shaft and transmission couplings.
You make your final angle ajustments by moving the mounts back and forth.
You may even have to shim one or more mounts if you are way off.

Thank you, Mark. I was not aware of that. Although I don't recall removing them 5 years ago, these (photo) are all the mounts I discovered when undertaking the project again. Have I selected the correct 6 mount parts? Do you recognize the others? Bob

I have only installed my KL and it has 4 identical wedges.
I was hoping someone with your engine type would comment on the pieces and where they go.

Myself as well, Mark. Fingers crossed.... It is too critical to guess.
