An 11 year project was finished today with the raising of my windmill. It is an Aermotor 702 of unknown vintage on a 72' tower.
Adding oil
On second thought must be Pre-War

Interlux Brightside? CPES base coats? 5200 bottom? Shaft aligned within 0.002"? Silicone bronze reed-prince screws & bolts? Where's the nav lights? Oh, and an anchor light?
Is that you up there? Wow Jim, that's impressive!!!

Pretty cool. Is this going to be for providing electricity to the building near the windmill? Ed _________________ Ed

It's like me. Goes around in circles all day and never gets anything done.
It's purely for decoration and a landmark to tell people how to get to my place. |
