2011 Tahoe Concours d'Elegance back in August

Post by Brian Robinson » Mon Oct 18, 2010 11:04 pm

It was announced today that the Lake Tahoe Concours d'Elegance has retured to August for 2011. The dates of the show are August 12th and 13th, and will once again be held at Sierra Boat Company in Carnelian Bay.

August is the best month of the year at Tahoe - this is definintly great news!

The Marque Class for 2011 is Gar Wood boats, and we are expecting at least 40-50 original Gar Woods - the largest gathering of the marque since the factory closed over 60 years ago. There are more Gar Woods that call Lake Tahoe home than any place else in the world!

Hmmm, I'm thinking I might have to make a business trip to McClellan in Sacramento sometime next August.
