Lake 'n' Sea
From ClassicBoatWiki
The Lake ‘n Sea is a 15’, fiberglass outboard runabout. It was added to the Chris-Craft lineup in 1957 by acquiring the Pompano Beach, Florida Company that was producing them. It represents Chris-Craft’s first attempt to enter into the fiberglass boat industry. A total of 266 were delivered before the Company was sold in 1958 due to problems with delaminating of composite materials used in its fabrication that caused serious leaks.
See also Lake 'n Sea in Chris-Craft Divisions for further information.
