If it doesn't pertain to metal, wood, wire or fabric—but it is about vintage Chris-Crafts, ask your question or give your advice here.

Chris chraft dealer service trucks

Post by pelican1 » Sat Apr 07, 2018 11:05 am

Need a little help in locating some pictures of dealer service delivery trucks from the 50s and 60s
I have a very original 1968 Chevrolet C10 stepside pickup that I would like to replicate as such
Any help would be appreciated

Here's some shots of the trucks from the Hundley Boat Co.

I was thinking of doing the same thing with my 1958. I saw on the Irving Files video we posted they had several in Red. But slightly different than these. I would image the only thing that was asked of the dealers was that the logo was right. I would also consider that they used a Certain Yellow, with Red type on trailers. So using factory colors would add to the look. THis is a great idea for a story so post photos
