Brass Bell Photo Caption Error - Issue 3, 2018

The good news is that CCABC members should be getting their copies of Issue 3, 2018, of The Brass Bell right about now. The bad news is that there is a small error in it.
In Anthony Mollica's column, "A Lifetime of Boating," on page 31, the caption for the photo at the top of the page is incorrect. It should read, "This close-up view of the Futura’s important clipper stem shows how its massive chrome fairlead continues the graceful curve of the stem." Instead, what appears is a reference to a bull nose design that related to a different photo that had been taken out of the article.
Our apologies for this grievous error.
