That's pretty amazing, being in the crane business myself I would have loved to seen how they got it up on the bank/cliff.

Re: New Meaning of "On The Hard"
Back in the summer of 1986 I was visiting a college roommate who had landed a summer job as a bouncer at a Put-In Bay watering hole. While riding my bicycle from the ferry dock to town (couldn't afford the fare to bring the car), I came upon the "landing" operation. I spent a few hours watching, as they hauled the forecastle up the cliff off of a barge. They used bulldozers - I don't recall how many, but more than one - and large inclined timbers spanning from the barge up to the rock ledge. It was a dramatic undertaking - not terribly well planned or engineered; lot's of cables and winches, black smoke, and white knuckles. Not unlike the first time I pulled the trailer out from under my CC in the driveway...
Wish I had brought a camera! I've seen it a few times since, both by land and sea. Coolest dwelling I have ever seen, by a HUGE margin!
