Is white to white?

I am in the process of refinishing my 67 sea skiff.
Started painting yesterday and O Boy is that paint white.
I used easypoxy about 12 years ago and had really good luck with it so I am using it again.
I barely recall being told that white was to white and to mix it with off white. I am not to sure about this, but I do know this is toooo white.
Is there a color I should be going for? Do I mix something with the white and if so, what ratio of what.
Or do I leave it.
