Propeller Replacement 1948 CC 17 Runabout

I lost a blade on my propeller and I am getting ready to replace it. I have the boat out of the water. 1. Any suggestions on how to best remove the propeller? It looks very tight on space between the end of the shaft and the rudder. The nuts came off nicely. 2. Is the propeller threaded, or does it just pull off? I've sprayed some PB break to help loosen it.

Why not bring your boat over to the NFCACB shop at the Buffalo Maritime Center for some assistance?
