What is the correct size nut for the propeller on a 1" shaft?

Hi Roger,
I just measured a spare 1" shaft that I have and that shaft has a 3/4-10 nut.

The thread varies depending on who made the shaft. Some fine, some course, some odd. Better to check with a thread gauge.
